Balanced Solutions was founded on a simple belief: lasting transformation happens when innovation, governance, technology, and people work together in balance.
My career did not follow a traditional path. I built it through curiosity, perseverance, continuous learning, and a passion for solving complex business challenges.
Beginning in risk management within the insurance industry, I developed a foundation in accountability, process discipline, and informed decision-making. Over time, my experience expanded into operations, technology, digital transformation, executive leadership, and information governance.
Throughout that journey, one lesson remained constant: technology alone does not solve business problems. Sustainable success requires balancing innovation with governance, strategy with execution, and business objectives with the people responsible for achieving them.
That philosophy became the foundation of Balanced Solutions.
Today, organizations face unprecedented change driven by artificial intelligence, growing information complexity, regulatory demands, and evolving business expectations. While the technologies continue to advance, the challenge remains the same—creating trusted information, effective governance, and operational excellence that enable confident decisions and meaningful outcomes.

Outside of my professional work, I am most proud of my family, including my two children and seven grandchildren, who continually remind me that growth, learning, and legacy are lifelong pursuits.
